Discounts with Multiples 2 pairs 10%, 3 pair 15%, 4 Pair 20%
Growth plates are evident in both feet in multiple bones. The final growth plate located in the Heel bone fuses at approx. 14 years of age. Pre-teens and adolescence children have now formed arch position. This orthotic is designed to support the mechanical load that actions through aggressive rotation of the foot and ankle during sports.
Heel cupping of this orthotic remains lower to fit slim sports shoes. The pitch of the orthotic from forefoot to rearfoot increases to reduce traction of the Achilles tendon at the growth plate of the heel. The main site of correction is proximal with a medial flange, skiving and 3mm heel raise. Cuboid support ( outside part of midfoot) added to trigger peroneal muscle function ( outside leg muscles with tendons to foot) to strengthen and keep the child guided on orthotics. There is a Shelf beneath the navicular to support arch position.
The density of this orthotic material will hold up against multiple load sources. The design of this orthotic has been made to prevent traction and compression around the heel bone to reduce pain specific to this area.
